This is completely ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥t I’ve been ♥♥♥♥ED OVER on 37$ because y’all didn’t accept my refund request over 1 hour. I cant join multiplayer without a blue screen popping up or losing connection to host when I first join a game. I could run all of the other games in the COD franchise unbelievably well, so based on that knowlage I purchased this game. ![]() For more information on how to submit a refund request, click here. I purchased this game about 4-5 days ago. However, you may still request a credit to your Steam Wallet. If the pre-order title was purchased more than 3 months ago, you may not be able to refund back to your original payment method. Not 2, but 1 hour over your refund policy’s 2 hour limit. You may refund your pre-order any time prior to the release of the game. But still no it did the same thing and this time I wasn’t even able to get INTO a server. Redownloaded steam and rust and tried again. So eh I reset my whole computer deleted everything I had. It took me 30 mins (NOT EXAGGERATING EITHER LOOK UP LOADING TIMES FOR RUST) just to load into the main menu, then on top of that I waited another 30 just to get into a server and when I actually did it was SO. BUT, when I got on that game from the moment I clicked launch that ♥♥♥♥ing timer started going. Even if you fall outside of the refund rules we've described, you can submit a request and we'll take a look at it. Steam can refund your money to Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or PayPal. While your purchase is already outside of our refund policy, as a customer service gesture the purchase has been removed from the account and a credit has been applied to your Steam. I bought Rust for 37$ so I could play it and have some fun and I know exactly what I was buying. Valve will, upon request via, issue a refund for any title that is requested within 14 days of purchase and has been played for less than 2 hours. Our refund policy states you automatically qualify for a refund if the request is submitted within 14 days of the purchase date with less than 2 hours of playtime. I would understand if I ACTUALLY played the game for more than 2 hours. What can I request a refund for Valve will, upon request via, issue a refund for any title that is requested within 14 days of purchase and has been played for less than 2 hours (this includes online, offline and shared library playtime). BUT Also in your policy it was stated that 2 hours playtime does NOT mean I can’t get a refund. Now I understand COMPLETELY about your refund policy. ![]()
